Perfect complete winter recipe, generally served with rice or fufu. This peanut sauce is also called Tigua dengue in Mali.

Ingredients :
1 garlic clove, 1 onion, 1 shallot
1 tomato can
1 peanut butter can
1 stock cube, salt, ginger powder and chili
2 bay leaves
vegetables : 1/2 cabbage, 2 potatoes, 2 carots, 1 eggplant, 2 sweet potatoes : all is cut into big dices

Ingredients :
long rice 350g
1 big onion (sliced)
vegetable stock 60 cl
tomatoes puree 2 tbsp
1 green piment (deseeded and chopped)
2 garlic cloves (chopped or powder)
vegetable oil 2 tbsp

Recipe of jollof rice :
Brown the onion and the garlic in a pan with the oil.
Add the tomatoes puree and stir for 3 min over medium heat.
Rince the rice with cold water, drain and pour it in the pan, add the green piment (chili) and salt.

Bikutsi is a traditionnal dance of the Beti community of centre and south Cameroon. In Ewondo language Bikutsi means "beat the ground".
Traditionaly it was a women's dance but it is nowadays danced by both men and women. The rythm is 6/8 clocked and stamping, the basic position is flexed legs and the chest moves are important. Bikutsi is known internationaly thanks to the group Têtes Brulées. see www.youtube.com
