Original and tasty dessert.

Ingredients :
Rice 250g
dried coconut 35g (1/2 cup)
milk 25 cl (1 cup)
sugar 100g (1/2 cup)
cinnamon 1/2 tsp
zest of one lemon

Recipe of coconut rice :
Cook the rice 10 min in a saucepan of boiling water. Drain when it's almost cooked.
Combine rice in the saucepan with the milk, coconut, cinnamon and sugar.
Let cook 10 min and mix frequently till the rice is cooked.
Dust with the lemon zest before serving
