South Africa It's a pie with milk and raisins. We'll use here ready-made shortpastry to make it easier.

Ingredients :
shortcrust pastry one roll
milk 2 liters
eggs 4
butter 50g
raisins 50g (dried grapes)
sugar 4 tbsp
maïzena 2 tbsp
1 stick of cinnamon

Recipe :
Preheat the oven Th 6 (180°C)
Cook the (empty) shortpastry for 15 min.
Delay maïzena with some milk in a bowl.
Let boil the rest of the milk with sugar and cinnamon.
Add the butter, and then the delayed maïzena in it.
Boil up the whole. Keep this mix.

Meanwhile, whisk the eggs and add them to the cooled mix.
Pour it all on the shortcrust pastry and add raisins, and back to the oven for about 25 mn.
